"Cooked with care while you're not there"
Meet The Incredible Chef

My name is Karen Rosenzweig, and I started “The Incredible
Chef” personal chef service in 2004 because I love to cook! I’
ve been cooking for family and friends since I was 10 years
old – it’s relaxing and enjoyable for me, but I know that’s not
the case for many of you!
I’m a self-taught chef, but I’m always working on improving
my skills by taking classes and learning from other
professionals. My recipe-creating experiments started at age
14, when I created “Savory Celery Stuffing” as my entry to the
Campbell’s Soup recipe contest. I didn’t win the contest, but a
chef was born!
In my previous life, I worked in public relations in a variety of
arenas – sports, high-tech, and education. But I decided
change careers in order to pursue my passion of cooking,
and to start my own business, because it’s so rewarding to
see everyone enjoy my cooking.
When not I’m not cooking for my clients, I’m reading food-
related magazines, testing new recipes, browsing through
kitchen stores or watching the Food Network! I’m always
working to learn something new to become a better chef and
serve my clients better.
In addition to my “standard” clients, I have experience cooking
for a variety of dietary restrictions and concerns, and work
with a licensed nutritionist to customize meals with specific
dietary parameters to meet my clients' health goals and
lifestyle.
When I'm not in the kitchen, I'm active in a number of
organizations, the Puget Sound Chapter of the USPCA (past
president), the Edmonds Big Dogs chapter of Business
Network International (BNI), Assistant Director for seven
chapters of BNI, and an active member of eWomenNetwork.
I’m a member of the United States Personal Chef Association
(USPCA) and a graduate of the Culinary Business Academy
(CBA).
